Netcom, from humble beginnings

Netcom has flourished since small beginnings back in 2003 operating from a small office in Woodseats. Ever expanding, Netcom is now Yorkshires premier business IT support company servicing clients nationwide. Netcom employs a team if highly skilled and qualified IT and telecoms engineers, help desk operatives, account managers and business development managers.

Over the last 5 years Netcom has expanded by double each year. The strong foundations placed when Netcom was born of providing excellent support by professional engineers at reasonable rates has stood us proud and it looks like this winning formula will see Netcom well into the future.

We're always looking to improve ourselves and 2009 saw the release of our new website and support platform. Both being geared around the customer experience the new site allows clients to see exactly what we do and the new support portal lets our current clients raise, track and trace their support jobs in real time.
