Mark Kindred (BSc hons MBCS)

Managing Director
Mark is our director and advanced support engineer with considerable experience in all aspects of IT support, from 3rd party hands on help desk support to project managing major IT strategies.
 
Prior to Netcom, Mark worked for the Sheffield NHS Trust and developed a new IT system continuity and disaster recovery strategy encompassing the entire Sheffield Hallamshire and Northern General Hospitals IT systems.

Simon Rose-Ward (CCNA, MCSE - in prog)

Advanced Technical Support
Over 6 years IT experience and prior experience in an IT law enviroment has equipped Simon with a backround in Law IT support which is invaluable.  Working in our team of support engineers, Simon brings skills in security, law practice support, legal infastructure and support provisioning to the table. His 'can do' attitude and insistance on following all jobs through to an end resolution ensures that our customers continue to recieve the best service at all times.

Russell Xiao Hua Yuan (MCSE, MCT, CCNP, CCDP)

Advanced Server Maintenance
The advanced server maintenance team is headed by our IT Guru, Russell Yuan. Russell has gained experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, IT manager and Account Manager in blue chip companies in both China and USA and uses his skills to ensure that our more complex services and issues are taken care of both quickly and professionally.

Robert Tewson

Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
Rob is one of the guy's on the front line, responsible for ensuring that the helpdesk is running smoothly and that all the on call engineers are coordinated effectively. His previous experience at QA Equipped him with the skills needed to ensure that our clients receive the very best service which is both prompt and reliable at all times.

Adam Smith

Helpdesk Engineer
The newest member of our 1st line helpdesk team, Adam is building on the IT skills learned through higher education to ensure that our clients recieve support over and above expectations. Adam is a friendly and outgoing character who adds a human element to the professional IT support offered by Netcom.

Samantha Baker

Back Office and Accounts Department
The glue that keeps all of us together is provided by Sam who runs our back office.  Maintaining relationships with suppliers, getting the best prices for equipment and services along with ensuring our accounts are accurate in a busy company like Netcom takes a special person. We're lucky to have Samantha... and if you get chance, try one of her cakes, Mmmmarvelous!
