Mark is our director and advanced support engineer with considerable experience in all aspects of IT support, from 3rd party hands on help desk support to project managing major IT strategies.
 
Prior to Netcom, Mark worked for the Sheffield NHS Trust and developed a new IT system continuity and disaster recovery strategy encompassing the entire Sheffield Hallamshire and Northern General Hospitals IT systems.

Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
Sue is the woman on the front line, responsible for ensuring that the helpdesk is running smoothly and that all the on call engineers are coordinated effectively. Sue's previous role as IT and comms operator inn the RAF equipped her with the skills needed to ensure that our clients receive 'A' grade service which is both prompt and reliable at all times.

Russell Xiao Hua Yuan (MCSE, MCT, CCNP, CCDP)

Advanced Support
The advanced support team is headed by our IT Guru, Russell Yuan. Russell has gained experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, IT manager and Account Manager in blue chip companies in both China and USA and uses his skills to ensure that our more complex services and issues are taken care of both quickly and professionally.
