As Gr Services and Gr Legal's IT partner we not only provide ongoing support and assistance but are always there for advice. So when we were approached and asked to revamp their system which allows their staff to track and trace issues and jobs we jumped at the chance. Their current system only allowed them to see one client record on screen at any one time and they needed to be able to see multiple screens on the same PC. They dealt with thousands of records and the old system took a long time to search and refresh the screen with the all important data so the second requirement was for a fast, efficient solution.

We installed a system which allowed them to use their current software licences and thus saved in project costs but also with the use a terminal server allowed them to see both client and agent records simultaneously, and more importantly, quickly.

We are proud to be the company that HL Brown the jewellers chose to be their IT partner. We take care of their head office servers, PC's and peripherals, we provide an IT helpdesk to their staff and are their point of contact for IT issues and advise. Our advanced server team liaise with their 3^rd party business software provider Bransom's to ensure that their stock control software is available to their head office users and in their retail outlets.

Being a Sheffield based IT business with our finger on the pulse when it comes to remote support allows us to provide our London clients with ongoing IT support which is both prompt and professional but at the same time avoiding the extortionate London price tag. Tr Marketing are a dynamic, driven marketing agency who service the likes of Nestle, Starbucks and TNT. In addition to satisfying Tr's demands for high levels of support to their high availability systems, as their IT partner we are the people they trust with their mission critical systems.

So when the guys at Tr contacted us to help them set up a company wide Contact Management System we were happy to liaise with their chosen CRM supplier to provide a suitable hosted platform. We beefed up their internet connectivity to dual fast SDSL to accommodate the increase in traffic and installed a set of robust servers in our data centre to service their CRM solution.

Tri's users now use their hosted CRM and hosted Exchange on a daily basis. It's the core part of their IT systems, installed and supported in Netcom's data centre.

The SH Group consists of 4 companies, one in Sheffield, two in London, and a dispatch centre in Hull. The companies are varied and manufacture items from sand blasting booth's for the military to oil tanker cleaning robots. As SH groups IT partner Netcom was asked to provide a solution which allowed all users to connect to their head office stock control and accounting system no matter which company the end user was located at.

We provided a system to all users to access the same data in real-time and also set up remote teleworker access to the same package so their remote users and sales reps could also check stock levels and place order no matter where in the world they were.

A2B Interiors are a shop fitting and interior design / build company based in Yorkshire but with 2 offices in Manchester. We take care of their servers and workstations and ensure that their satellite offices are connected to their head office domain. We also ensure that their remote teleworkers are able to access the head office when needed. A2b now have Manchester users who connect to their corporate server in Sheffield as if it was in the same room and home workers connecting to the desktop from the comfort of their own living rooms.

When needed we call in and perform maintenance on their server and workstations. They prefer not to be tied down to a supplier so we are to correct their issues on a break fix, pay as you go basis.

When the Holiday Inn approached us to streamline their IT we found a mix match of varying PC's servers and equipment. We consulted with the Holiday Inn's own IT support company and came up with a standardised workstation and server system which their IT support team were happy in supporting and which also fell into the budget outlined at the beginning of the project.

Netcom's roll was to take care of the advanced technical side of the project being responsible for the multiple server roll outs and for ensuring that all workstations were installed and complied with the security and group policies specified in the ongoing IT strategy. We gave training to the Holiday Inn's own support team in how to support and maintain their new system and returned periodically to perform the more advanced repairs and maintenance needed to keep the system in optimum working order.

The Holiday Inn now has a standardised system which is easily administrable by their own support team and all within budget.
